The trip to Manchester and Liverpool started 2/03/09 and ended the 5th. The group visited many great places including New Brighton which wasn’t actually that great for the latest and last project, Another Place by Antony Gormley at Crosby beach, the nature reserve at Formby where I actually saw a red squirrel, Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ The King, the Tate, and many many more places. i ended up taking loads of photos on this trip.The tentacle sculptor is called the Penelope sculpture in Wolstenholme Square created for the 2006 Biennial. The Sculptors by Antony Gormley are called Another Place. The top picture shows a section from Birkenhead Park designed by Sir Joseph Paxton. This park became famous for influencing F.L.
