
Whilst searching through my local paper I found this article on a new national wildlife conservation park which is planned to be built at Almondsbury near my home town which is 10 minutes from Bristol. The project has only just been backed by two large green groups Natural England and Avon Wildlife Trust as there were worries that the animals that will be introduced might damage ancient woodland and harm existing native species. The plan will cost around £70 million and will cover 55 acres. As far as I can tell at the moment the park will be designed by White Designs and the image on the paper clipping shows the tiger house proposal. White Designs has some really incredible visualisation images on there website of the proposal which I recommend look at plus if you are interested in the project go Google it or have a look at the web addresses below.
